It's cold and rainy in T-town. Snow, you're letting me down.

It's cold. It's rainy. It's not snowing.

Today was one of those days where going to an 8 AM class was the last thing on my mind. School got all up in the way of my quality sleep time, and the rain didn't help at all. Honestly, it should have snowed. I don't mean "it should have snowed" from a scientific standpoint, but from a frustrated "snow never sticks" standpoint.

I'm going to boycott rain until it snows again. Who's with me?

...oh wait... Drought. Yeah, never mind. I guess we'll take what we can get.

Cold ice rain, you don't get a roll-tide from me. You suck.

Bear cave for rent!

I found out that our RA Katie had a sign posted on her door about a bear cave for rent. Thought I'd give the number a call, but I was sorely disappointed.

I guess I have to reapply for housing after all... Sad now.

Playoffs

So...I am really really sad that the Green Bay Packers just lost their playoff game to the NY Giants. Neither of these teams are one of my favorites, but both have Mississippi boys as their quarterbacks, and even though Eli Manning made a poor decision in his college choice (He went to Ole Miss. Really? That was a poor decision.), he is still a Mississippi boy and I have to back him up.

However, Brett Favre has been playing so much longer, and he is (supposedly) going into retirement after this season so I wanted him to go out well. Not that making it to the playoffs isn't good or anything, but it is still upsetting that he didn't win.

Ok well, that's all that I really have to say. I needed to share my grief.

Have a good night!

Snowy Days in Tuscaloosa!

For those of you who slept in this morning, you totally missed the snow! While it didn't stick to anything besides cars and leaves, it was still very beautiful. Here are some pictures around campus of the snow fall.

I just with there was enough to go sledding....

Hot stuff at B.B. Comer

So, this weekend is the Speech Team's High School Tournament, which I have the pleasure of being a judge at. While walking around the second floor of B. B. Comer, I saw this poster.

This is the kind of stuff I'd expect to see at Ten Hoor Hall...

Welcome!

Welcome to the brand new You-eh blog!

Here's how this works... This is a blog that YOU make! If you are from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and have a passion for the University of Alabama, then you can be a contributor.

If you want to post something on this blog, simply send your post idea to one of our contributors and we will post it! If we like you enough, we might even make you a permanent contributor! ...Maybe.

Talk to us!

Got a question or comment? Just want to talk about nothing? Check out the chat box on the left! Make up a screen name and say what you want. If no one else is in the room, it will stay there until other people come and they can reply.

Alternatively, check out our Message Board! Read some conversations, or JOIN and post whatever you want! Yeah for community!

Before you make your first post...

Here are a couple of guidelines to keep in mind.

1. Keep your post clean. Keep the profanity to a minimum, and take advantage of the spell check feature.

2. Please only use the labels that already exist. If everyone makes a new label for each post, the label list will be too long and will be removed from the page. This post should have every label assigned to it for easy reference and to establish a label base.

3. Make sure what you post is something you would want to read! No spam, please.

Thanks, guys! Get posting!

~ John Wesley
